The Shenzhen Metro Qianhai Times Square Project, located in Nanshan District, is designed as a vibrant office and commercial hub on the west side of Moon Bay Avenue and Xuefu Road. The building is strategically positioned atop the completed large cover of the Qianhai Metro Depot, standing at an elevation of 9.00 meters. Featuring multiple multi-storey steel structures, the project utilizes a robust steel frame above the 9-meter platform. With a total of 20 distinct towers, ranging from buildings 29 to 43 and 45 to 4850, Qianhai Times Square aims to enhance urban connectivity and serve as a focal point for business and commerce in Shenzhen.
