The Longyan North Railway Station bus hub project is strategically situated between the new station building and Luolong Road, spanning a narrow strip of approximately 460 meters in width and 80 meters in depth. Key components include the A3 plot station square, A5 plot bus terminal, and multiple station facilities. The A2 plot covers 12,672.5 m² with a plot ratio of 1.3 and a building height of 32.0 meters. The A5 plot, dedicated to bus operations, encompasses 1,128.7 m² with a plot ratio of 1.37. Additionally, the A3 plot features significant underground structures across 15,418.5 m², enhancing the overall functionality of the transport hub.
